Pearl Acoustics - Great Recordings of all time
This is the story of the process to attempt to make a ‘great’ recording.
In December 2021, I was invited to a live concert of seasonal music by the Trio Gilu. They impressed me so much, I decided right there and then to record them. This is the story of the recording process, from choosing a venue, the role of the producer, through to mastering for vinyl and CD.
