From the very beginning, Pearl Acoustics has shipped our loudspeakers, amplifiers and accessories to audiophiles around the world. We take great pride in that reach. But we have long been aware that for our customers in the United States, the cost of transatlantic freight, particularly for cumbersome, carefully packed speaker pairs, can add a significant sum to an already considered purchase.

Today, we are delighted to share a meaningful step forward: Pearl Acoustics now maintains a dedicated logistics facility in the United States. A selection of our most popular loudspeaker pairs will be stocked there, immediately available, and ready to ship directly to customers across the USA. We will be adding new products, like our amplifiers, to our USA logistics facility in the coming weeks.

Two inventories, one commitment to quality

To keep things clear, our inventory is now organised around two distinct pools, each with its own pricing and shipping logic:

Products in our webshop are clearly labelled: look for the currency symbol or the inventory label at the product level. If you see a price in euros or the tag Belgian Atelier Inventory, that product ships from our workshop in Belgium. If you see a price in dollars or the tag USA Logistics Facility, it is stocked stateside, with all costs already wrapped into the price you see.

Custom orders and the full range

Our USA Logistics Facility currently carries a curated selection of immediately available loudspeaker pairs. If you are looking for a bespoke configuration (a specific finish, a custom wood cut, or any product not part of our US stock) you are of course welcome to order from our Belgian Atelier Inventory as a USA customer, exactly as before. Shipping will simply be calculated in real time via FedEx at checkout.

A note on mixed orders

For tax and compliance reasons, our webshop is unable to process a single checkout that mixes products priced in EUR/€ and products priced in USD/$.

If you wish to purchase a pair of loudspeakers from our USA Logistics Facility alongside accessories such as speaker cables, CDs or music downloads, please place these as two separate orders.

We apologise for any inconvenience. It is a regulatory constraint rather than a deliberate one.

Shipping outside the USA from our US facility

Our US Logistics Facility is configured to ship within the United States. If you are based elsewhere and are interested in a product listed as part of that inventory (whether in Canada, Australia or anywhere else) please do not hesitate to get in touch with us directly. Our webshop does not handle this scenario automatically, but we are always happy to arrange a custom shipping solution.
