How does the drive unit produce such high frequencies?

The drive unit is made of a special metallic alloy that is very stiff but less than 100 microns thick!

It also has a very flat profile that spreads the sound out in a very wide configuration giving it the ability to not only produce very high frequencies way over the human sonic range but also beautifully dispersed which means the sound does not significantly change any more than when listening to a real instrument when you stand up or sit down or move about the room.

This is what we refer to as a ‘natural sound stage’ and it allows the listener to not only detect musicians left and right but also front and back of stage.
